• Passengers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

• While we strive for punctuality and safety, external factors may occasionally impact service delivery.

6. Driver Conduct

• All our drivers are trained and verified.

• In case of any misconduct or concern, please report it immediately for appropriate action.
